Duties and Responsibilities: A nursing home administrator is a specialized
area in the medical field. Nursing home administrators work in supervising
clinical and administrative affairs and other facilities. Typical duties are
medical care for the elderly, taking care of financial needs, medical supplies,
and making the patient feel at home.
Education: In order to begin
a career in this field, one must have at least a four year bachelor’s degree
and need to pass a licensing exam.
However, the high the degree, the more employment rises. Other college
degrees’ can include administrations, public relations, or health behavior.
Salary: $96,580
I would probably look into this field since I enjoy helping others.
