Reflection:
Through teamwork, things are achieved easier and better. Not just because their are more people involved, but because they all have a strong positive goal and determination to the finish line. But, for the team to achieve the goal fairly, each member must be determined and focused, if not a negative domino effect begins to take its toll. You have to work together, work smart and work hard to reach the ultimate goal, and achieve your dreams.
