Success Statement:
“Physical
fitness is not the only one of the most important keys to a healthy body; it is
the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship
between the soundness of the body and their activities of the mind is subtle
and complex. Much is not understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that
intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the
body is healthy and strong” – John F Kennedy
Reflection:
A body cannot be healthy without
a powerful and peaceful mind. How many times have you heard a story about a human
cutting themselves or hurting themselves over the war that goes on in their minds?
Have you noticed what it leads too bleeding, cuts, or even death? Having a
healthy while having a mind that is hurt and weak can destroy what’s on the outside
for example, If a mind is destroyed such
as depression, that could lead to drugs and violence for oneself, but if a mind
is healthy and strong, the outer-body will move on.
